By accessing or using the BotAnvil platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Partner", "you") and BotAnvil, operated by Sole Proprietor Oleksandr Prychepa ("we", "us", "our").
BotAnvil is a multi-channel chatbot builder platform that enables businesses to create and manage chatbots across messaging channels. The Service includes:
You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

BotAnvil maintains a Trust & Safety team responsible for reviewing reported content, investigating violations, and enforcing these Terms.
We may proactively or reactively review content published through your bots, including product listings, info pages, and bot messages, to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
If a violation is identified, we may take one or more of the following actions:

BotAnvil offers a free tier that includes up to 3 projects, 10 catalog entries per project (products, services, or menu items depending on project type), 1 channel, 50 orders/month, and basic features at no cost. Partners can upgrade individual feature tiers at any time to expand capabilities.
BotAnvil uses postpaid usage-based billing. There are no subscriptions, modules, or bundles. Partners configure project features freely and receive a single monthly invoice on the 1st of each month for paid features used during the previous period. Usage is prorated by day. Prices are set in USD and converted to the local currency (e.g., UAH) at the applicable exchange rate at the time of invoice generation, depending on the payment provider. All prices include applicable taxes. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Non-payment may result in suspension of all projects.
Since billing is postpaid and usage-based, partners only pay for features they actually used. If you believe an invoice contains an error, contact support within 7 days of receiving it for review and correction.
The BotAnvil platform, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of BotAnvil and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through the platform (product listings, images, info pages, etc.). By using the Service, you grant BotAnvil a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
When you use BotAnvil, you act as a data controller for your customers' personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from your customers.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.
You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings. Account deletion has a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion and recover your data.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to pay applicable fees. We will notify you of the reason for suspension or termination.
Upon termination, your bots will stop functioning, and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotAnvil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BotAnvil in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine. For EU-based partners, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
BotAnvil complies with EU and OFAC sanctions regulations. Access to the Service is blocked from sanctioned countries, including Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Cuba. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any sanctioned country, and that you are not on any sanctions list.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
